James Bond is back in a new way with 007 First Light, an origin story that puts you in the shoes of a younger 007 learning the ropes before he becomes the agent MI6 relies on. Alongside the cinematic missions and globe-spanning story, the game also comes with 38 Trophies and Achievements for players who want to fully complete everything it has to offer.
The good news for completionists is that there are no difficulty-locked trophies. Most unlock through natural progression, while the rest come from collectibles, optional objectives, and a replayable mode called TacSim. That makes the Platinum more about time and attention than raw challenge.
Below is the full list of trophies and how to unlock each one.

What You Need to Know for 100% Completion

Most of the trophies in 007 First Light are tied directly to story progression, meaning you’ll naturally unlock a large portion just by playing through the campaign. Key mission-based trophies like surviving crashes, escaping ambushes, and completing major set pieces form the backbone of the list.
The rest is split between collectibles and TacSim mode. Collectibles such as postcards, MI6 files, playing cards, and mementos are required for full completion, along with a few broader “find them all” achievements. These are the ones most likely to extend your playtime beyond the main story.
Combat-related trophies are more experimental. They encourage creative approaches in encounters, like disarming enemies in unusual ways, forcing enemies to harm each other, or using gadgets to escape sticky situations. These are less about difficulty and more about trying different systems.
Then there’s TacSim, a replayable mode that adds challenge modifiers and lets players revisit missions. Several achievements are tied specifically to completing operations and escalations here, including reaching clearance level 3 and beating tier 3 escalations. This mode is where most players will spend extra time after finishing the campaign.
How Long It Takes to Get 100%

A standard playthrough of 007 First Light is expected to take around 20 hours, focusing mainly on the main story. Playing on higher difficulty settings can stretch that to 25–30 hours, depending on how carefully you approach encounters.
For completionists aiming for 100%, expect closer to 35–40 hours or more. That extra time comes from collectible hunting, replaying missions in TacSim, and cleaning up challenge-based trophies.
