As Arknights: Endfield’s popularity grows, you’ll come across a diverse set of items and resources that you will have to use in order to progress. One of these is the Firebuckle, a 2-star collectible resource that is primarily used to craft Firebuckle Powder, a healing utility that restores 20% of your characters’ max HP, plus an additional 470 HP when their health falls low during combat.
While it is easy to find Firebuckle—you can travel through the game’s several maps and eventually run into its growth spots—it pays to take note of where these places are. Beyond that, it’s also worth knowing the different ways you can obtain it.
To get Firebuckle, you can do so in two ways: exploration or growing it yourself in your factory. This guide will show you how to do both.
Find Firebuckle Through Exploration

The easiest (although longest) way to obtain Firebuckle in Arknights: Endfield is by foraging in the wild. Unlike some materials that are randomized, there are specific “Firebuckle bushes” with a distinct appearance—featuring fiery-red flowers—that are guaranteed to yield the item.
There are around 20 or more Firebuckle nodes located throughout Valley IV, the game’s first and main map, which is made up of several mini-areas. Here are the main areas where you can farm Firebuckle;
- The Hub: This area contains more than eight Firebuckle plants scattered throughout the zone. One specific node can be found on a small hill near the Old Water Plant, less than a minute’s walk from your hub base.
- Aburrey Quarry: You can find five plants here. Three are located between the Listening Post and Loading Area, one is near the Stockpile Area, and the final one is east of the Quarry Entrance.
- Origin Lodespring: This region holds six nodes. Three are clustered near the Mining Area Clinic, two are south of the Lodespring itself, and one is in the northeast, adjacent to an Auronyx farming spot.
- Valley Pass: Exploring the top-left area of this zone will reveal a patch of five Firebuckle plants within a broken encampment.
You should make it a habit to travel to these areas often, around every four to six hours. Not only are Firebuckle yields plentiful across these locations, but they also regrow fairly quickly, so be sure to collect as much as you can.
How to Grow Firebuckle at the Eco-Farm

While exploration is reliable, players often find they need a more sustainable way to mass-produce healing items. That’s where your factory’s Eco-farms come in, as they allow you to grow Firebuckle and cut down on the back-and-forth.
It’s important to note that Firebuckles do not provide seeds and cannot be processed in a Seed-Picking Unit. Instead, Firebuckle is obtained as a rare byproduct of growing its common counterpart. To “grow” Firebuckle in Arknights: Endfield, follow these steps:
- Obtain Buckflower Seeds: These can be found in the wild or produced by placing standard Buckflowers into a Seed-Picking Unit.
- Utilize the Planting Unit: Place the Buckflower seeds into a Planting Unit within your Eco-Farm.
- Harvest for Byproducts: When you harvest a plot of Buckflowers, you have a chance to receive Firebuckle along with the standard crop. Typically, you may get 1 to 3 rare variants per plant harvested.
- Maximize Yield with Fertilizer: While fertilizer does not increase the specific chance of Firebuckle dropping, it doubles the total harvest. This effectively doubles your chances of receiving the rare Firebuckle byproduct. We’ve covered how to get fertilizer in more detail here (spoiler: it involves dealing with animal droppings).
As you progress further into Arknights: Endfield and reach the Wuling region, you may find that other rare plants, such as Thorny Yazhen or Fluffed Jincao, become easier to farm and serve as better options for high-level healing.
Final Thoughts

Much like Genshin Impact, Wuthering Waves, and many other gacha RPGs, Arknights: Endfield requires you to forage the wilds for a wide range of resources. These materials are directly tied to character progression, as rare minerals and plants are used to upgrade levels, abilities, and weapons.
Firebuckle Powder, which can be crafted directly from Firebuckle plants, is not only one of the first healing items you’ll obtain but also one of the most reliable. You’ll be using it for quite some time, and because it’s so easy to craft, you can keep a steady supply even after unlocking stronger healing options.
It’s also one of the best items to equip in your party’s tactical item slots, allowing it to be used automatically when things get tough. So if you come across Firebuckle plants, it’s always worth picking them up.
Arknights: Endfield is available as a free-to-play game (with optional microtransactions) on PlayStation 5, Windows (via the official site or Epic Games Store), as well as Apple and Android devices.
