Sony has rolled out the final batch of PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium games for July 2026, and leading the lineup is one of last year’s most acclaimed RPGs, Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector. The award-winning sci-fi RPG joins the Game Catalogue alongside three other titles as part of this month’s final refresh for subscribers in select regions, including the United States, the United Kingdom, and Japan.
New PlayStation Plus Extra Games for July 2026
The latest additions to the PlayStation Plus Game Catalogue include:
- Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector
- Dying Light
- Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Rita’s Rewind
- Snow Bros. Wonderland
Of the four, Citizen Sleeper 2 is undoubtedly the standout addition. Developed by indie studio Jump Over the Age, the RPG is the sequel to the critically acclaimed Citizen Sleeper, which earned widespread praise following its release in 2022. The sequel expands on the original’s narrative-driven gameplay, once again placing players in the role of a Sleeper, a digitized human consciousness housed inside an artificial body.
This time, players are on the run from both the corporation that created them and the criminal group trying to control them. Along the way, they’ll command a ship, recruit a crew, build alliances, and take on contracts while trying to carve out a new life among the stars.
The remaining additions offer a nice variety of genres, from the open-world zombie action of Dying Light to the retro-inspired beat-’em-up Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Rita’s Rewind and the arcade platforming of Snow Bros. Wonderland.
Meanwhile, PlayStation Plus subscribers won’t have to wait long to see what’s next. Sony is expected to unveil the PlayStation Plus Essential games for August 2026 on July 29, giving subscribers their first look at next month’s free monthly titles.
